The articles can be presented in Armenian, Russian and English. The fonts are for Armenian –
Sylfaen (font size 10), Russian and English – Times New Roman (font size 11); spacing – 1; page format
– A4, working field - 166×252 mm; the margins: left – 25 mm, top 20 mm, right – 2 mm, bottom 25 mm.
In the above line of the first page on the left angel UDC must be written, according to the standard
(minimum 6 digits), on the right angle – the section of the collection with capital letters (the whole line in
bold typeface size 11).
With a line below in the middle of the page – Name, Patronymic, Surname of the author(s) with
small letters in bold typeface (size 11).
Two lines below, in the centre of the page with capital letters – the title of the article (bold typeface,

submitted to the executive secretary of the collection. To facilitate the process of final editing, it is
recommended to type one copy with typeface 12 and in-between spacing 1,5.

Engineering Academy of Armenia (IAA) was established in 1992 as a branch (Engineering) Academy. In the same year IAA joined the IAA International Engineering Academy (MIA) as a founder and member of the collective. The very name - "Engineering Academy of Armenia" - endorsed by the Government and assured the President of the Republic of Armenia.
Engineering Academy of Armenia is a scientific and technical association of scientists, researchers, engineers, NGO leaders, graduates in natural, technical and economic fields, which aims at ensuring scientific and technological progress the country, the consolidation of scientists and engineers from Armenia and Diaspora.
Currently IAA brings together more than 300 leading scientists and engineers on various technical areas, including 91 doctor and 108 candidates of sciences. The IAA elected 7 academicians and 3 corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia. From full members of IAA - 24 are elected in conditions of serious competition academicians and corresponding members of the International Academy of Engineering. Many members of the Academy awarded the title of Distinguished Engineer, Honored builder, honored architect and other honorary titles in Armenia, Russia and many other international awards States.
IAA has branches in Shirak and Lori regions of Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, California (USA) and the Russian Federation (Moscow).
All this clearly demonstrates the high scientific and technical potential of the Engineering Academy of Armenia and its great possibilities.
IAA is the leading organization and coordinator of applied research and scientific and technical developments in the energy sector and engineering structure in Armenia.
The main activities of IAA are scientific production and applied research, development, engineering and technology projects, assistance in industrial and technological equipment models and their implementation, the import and export of industrial facilities and research equipment, as well as intellectual property protection and the promotion of patent proposals. IAA is also an independent expert for the government.
Engineering Academy of Armenia builds its policy with the help of the following sections:

• Mechanical engineering and metallurgy;
• Technology of food and light industry;
• Computers, electronics and scientific instrument;
• Chemical, biological and environmental technologies;

Academy members are actively engaged in the development and implementation of new environmentally friendly non-waste technologies, alternative energy systems (wind, geothermal, solar), effective methods of burning. Also solves the problems associated with the monitoring industry, a data bank of scientific and technical developments made in Armenia.
In recent years there has been recovery of jobs in traditional industries in Armenia: in the electrical machine and instrument making, electronics, mining, food and light industry, chemical and biological production in the agricultural processing industry. A significant shift in energy, urban planning and construction industries, as well as computer science. Marked recovery in the financial and banking sector and commercial activities.
These factors determine the corresponding shifts in scientific research in the field of applied science and technology. A significant number of members of the IAA is taught in universities and international training courses. Over the past five years, they have published 20 textbooks, 28 manuals, 48 teaching materials on the newest areas of science and research, totaling 600 pp These works are in great demand among the students, undergraduates, graduate students and trainees.
Conscious that the problems of scientific and technical information have a crucial role to science and technology, members of the IAA have created the conditions for the publication of research results in all technical developments and application areas. In 1999, the first issue of the scientific and technical collection "Information systems, technology and management." Since 2004, the IAA began to produce another scientific and technical publication - "Journal of Engineering Academy of Armenia." Both editions come out 4 times a year and are included in the register of publications HAC RA defense of candidate and doctoral theses in the natural and applied sciences, and have the status of international publications (in the editorial boards of these publications are included well-known scientists, researchers and organizers of production from around the world).
The international scientific and technical cooperation carried out 26 research programs, 30 scientists received individual research grants.
IAA members are also involved in the planned state budgetary research.

During its activity the Engineering Academy of Armenia has introduced many specific developments and proposals relating, in particular, co-operation and intra-chemical industry, exploration of ore and non-metallic minerals, refurbishment of boilers in thermal power plant with gas turbine, earthquake-resistant construction, military and industrial areas. Many of the proposals received a positive assessment of the Armenian government. However, some of them remained unclaimed.
Among the works in which the Engineering Academy of Armenia participated together with the Russian and International Engineering Academy, included the creation of innovative eco-friendly high-temperature gasification technology and all kinds of solid fuels in the melted slag.
Completed detailed design pilot gasification and installation of 165 MW of thermal power. The proposed technology allows coal gasification to use not only its organic part, but also mineral components for polymetallic raw materials and environmentally friendly construction products. The latter circumstance greatly increases the commercial appeal of the new technology.
Together with a collective member of IAA - LLC "Barva" - developed and demonstrated the benefits of alternative energy sources. The structure of power include: solar semiconductor modules, tracking the sun, self-regulating unit, a rotating mechanical device, AC-DC voltage converter and the battery pack. Scientific-Technical Center "Building Industry" carries out research and design works in the field of earthquake engineering, the design of new, strengthen and repair damaged buildings and facilities of civil and architectural monuments.

IAA is working closely with the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, ministries and departments. The results of research implemented in the sectors of energy, finance and banking, infrastructure, chemical and biological industry, the state and municipal management systems, food processing industry.
As the main collective member of the IAA is the State Engineering University of Armenia (SEUA), the faculty of SEUA, in addition to research, since 1991. He embarked on reform of higher education in Armenia.
